Participating Students Form

If you are not from a participating school, you will need to fill out the form below so that we can send you a camera. You will need to meet the following criteria to receive a camera and qualify for the contest.

You MUST be an enrolled student in an accredited film school.
You MUST produce a film for the contest. If you fail to produce a film, we will bill you for the VadoHD Pocket Cam at retail value.
You MUST be over 18 years old.
You MUST have a valid shipping address. No PO boxes will be accepted and signature will be required.
